The Tenacity Group, LLC was founded to assist prime construction contractors in the public sector with Davis Bacon compliance for Federal projects for the construction, alteration, or repair of public buildings or public works. This includes prevailing wages, and fulfilling contract goals.

1. Payroll / Davis-Bacon Wage Compliance
Ensure prevailing wage compliance for building, residential, highway, and heavy construction. Includes collecting, reviewing, submitting weekly payrolls, and conducting required interviews.
